NEW - KIDS' ART PRINTS

So it's been kind of quiet here on the blog...which is exactly the opposite of life in my house these days. I have been working away to get ready for Hungry Mother Market — I am so excited to be "launching" my shop in person! I've been printing and packaging, designing and cutting, thinking and list making, and on and on! Well, it's less than two weeks away and I am getting SO EXCITED.

Anyways, I've been working on some new art prints for kids. These would work great in a nursery or playroom or any child's bedroom. Check them out in the shop.

NEW - TODDLER SKIRTS

So I sat down to make a skirt or two for Hattie Lou. And 10 skirts later, I was still going. It was just so fun to see all these cute prints made into little skirts. They are available as a 2T or 3T.  I've listed 6 of them in my shop here. I think these will be too cute with a little tank this summer or with leggings & a little sweater now!

NEW - MEN'S STATIONERY

Lately I've had lots of requests for men's stationery — and I just love that! It means some fellow out there is going to write a handwritten note to someone special. Let me tell you...when I get a note from my hubs or from my grandfather, I usually tear up and then keep it forever in a special little box. And then I reread them every so often. Cue the tears again...

Well, I've added some simple and classic styles to the shop to meet these requests! The nice thing about all these designs is that they really work for anyone — guy or gal!

CUSTOM - MY SOUL LOVES PRINT

I love getting custom requests that inspire me. My dear friend, Angi, had a request for this certain piece of scripture and a general direction of the look she wanted to frame for her home. She and her new hubs, Griffin, are friends of ours and happened to get married in my parents' beautiful backyard. Here they are...

Isn't she just stunning? I mean, Griffin looks good...but ANGI LOOKS INCREDIBLE. Ok, back to the print...she sent me her ideas and I got to work. First, a custom floral illustration. Because Angi loves nature and animals and flowers and all. So I wanted it to be pretty and organic.

And then I set out on a handwritten, casual script. After a few tries in my sketchbook, I had what I wanted. Here it is, the finished print...

This is now available in the shop as a 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14 print. This would make such a lovely gift for the one you love. Or it would be a perfect statement piece at your wedding. Or if you are a bridesmaid, buy it for your bride. Or as a shower gift! The possibilities are endless.

NEW - A YEAR OF ART PRINTS

I'm so excited about this. Eeeeek! It's been in my head for a while. And one night, I just sat down and started cranking it out. It has taken some revisions. And test prints. But here it is. A year of art prints.

12 art prints. 1 for each month. Switch these 5x7 prints out each month in your own frame or purchase one of mine with your set of art prints. This makes a wonderful gift for someone special in your life. Or you can purchase the set, keep some for yourself, and give some away.
